Junction AI welcomes Scott Esdaile to the team as our new Head of Product.
Scott brings his years of experience in digital marketing and the advertising agency creative and media worlds to the team. Scott will initially be focused on bringing our Analyzer DX product to market in the next few weeks. With his deep interest and knowledge in the MarTech and AdTech sectors, understanding of the challenges marketers face in adopting AI and his ability to easily bridge business strategy, creativity, communications, technology and marketing – Scott will drive our product development and feature roadmap.
Scott has a background as an entrepreneur, making him a great fit for a fast growing startup. In 2015, he co-founded Brisbane-based digital agency – ROMEO, driving its growth over 4 years into an award-winning creative technology agency delivering successful outcomes for some of Australia’s largest organisations.
Prior to this, Scott has worked across marketing, advertising and UX/CX – on both client and agency sides, and at independent and multinational agencies – giving him insights into the operational, marketing and transformational challenges and opportunities faced by a diverse range of industry sectors and from startups through to global enterprises.
Junction AI co-founders Vance Reavie and Rob Turner are very excited to bring Scott onto the team, having both worked with him previously on internet portal and software development projects in 2003/04 in Brisbane, Australia.
