Junction AI is proud to announce that Tom Douglass has joined the Junction AI Board. Tom leads the Fuel Accelerator, based in Bentonville, AR, and has been actively engaged with Junction AI since we successfully joined the accelerator program in 2021. Tom is an expert in retail, supply chain, business strategy, and is the founder and CEO of Catapult Consulting LLC of Arkansas.
Tom brings industry-leading expertise in growing and scaling innovative technology startups aiming at mid-tier and enterprise sales. Tom was the Director of Emerging Technology for Walmart for 7 years and has deep connections across the many Fortune 1000 companies in Northwest Arkansas. Tom also plays an active role in the Arkansas Korean Alliance, is a Technology Ventures Advisor for the University of Arkansas, Executive Consultant to Innovation Junkie, and a tireless supporter of the burgeoning entrepreneurial community in Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas.
Tom will be working with Vance Reavie and the team to advance Junction AI’s enterprise opportunities, advising on and helping scale the company’s growth and assisting in fund-raising. As Junction AI advances its next-generation no code insights dashboard, Tom will augment the team’s expertise greatly. Tom’s experience will help ensure we deliver the impact demanded by business users so they can easily harness their valuable data assets for real-time insights to inform better data-driven decisions. He has already delivered many valuable introductions to a variety of local companies, expert resources, and business opportunities.
